Unable to connect internet after removing Xp security 2011

On someday before I noticed my laptop getting some problem in operating , so i started scan by using Malwarebytes and updated it with the definition. What happened was that instead of Malwarebytes loading up, the XP Secuirty 2011 popped up. I ran task manager, and the file skw.exe was running.I run exefix.reg, which permitted me to run Malwarbytes, which found numerous errors; these were cleaned. I then ran it again to confirm, and ran MacAfee. Both not showing any infections.However, when I restart the laptop, a blue screen appeared. which shocked me. On reboot again, the laptop started normally , but any software that requires net are not allowing data to transfer. The laptop displaying as if it is connected and all browsers on my laptop had been load up, but showing as if there was no net connection available . The thing happening with other software that requires net connection to load or to update even Malware Bytes definition files. What is the solution of this weird solution ? can anyone suggest how can I get rid of this problem. ?

First you must try some normal methods that might help you out in get solution of this problem. You must try to remove Malware Bytes from your control panel, as there is possibility that Malwarebytes got infected with virus itself, or the safest way is to uninstall it in safe mode ( with networking ) , and again install it in same mode and try to update it and immediately after updating definition run the scan, this might remove the hidden malware and do same and I would recommend to do same with MacAfee. Hope this will help you out in getting solution of the problem.

Follow the step which I mention, in the same way, First download Flash Disinfector and save it to your computer, double click to run it. Then you will be ask to plug in your USB Drive.. Flash Disinfector will start will start removing virus and other infection from your Flash and hard drives. This might take few seconds and your desktop will disappear in the meantime. When you complete with this a message box will appear. Click Ok. Your desktop is appearing now. If it not Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. NOW Click on > New Task (Run...). Type in explorer.exe and press Enter now. Your desktop has to be appearing now.

Now download Winshockfix on a clean computer and use a USB flash drive to copy it over to your infected files. Now UnZip it, Then double click on WinsockFix.exe to run it and then after this restart your laptop, Now most of your been sorted and solved. Now Check if your internet have been restored and working properly, if it doesn’t then let me know I will assist you for different way to solve it. Download Combofix, from internet on your system and Install it . but make sure that all antivirus and anti malware had been disable, as they must not interfere in the installation. And after installing without any trouble . Than scan your system with Combofix in safe mode. If Combofix detects Rootkit activity and asks to restart the system, please let it to do it. It will remove all infected file on your system and now you can access to internet without any difficulty. And I should suggest that after scan restore your system remove Combofix from your operating system. If anything goes wrong or not done with the given information there is change of damage to your system, so it suggested to do it with proper care.
