NO spyware or viruses: game account hacked

I love to play game but I see Account someway got hacked. They only removed objects off 2 characters and I did a virus scan and a spybot look for and demolish scan and came up with nothing. Type of interested how that could occur? I have not saw and open any "blizzard" emails or provided my password out to anybody. Please I want to information on it. Please tell me.
