Well it can happen sometimes so do not worry about it as it can happen with everyone else so please do not worry about the matter that’s what I am saying here. Also one more thing that I would like to say here is that sometimes the updating process does takes some time to complete because reloading old modules with new modules does take a lot of time so there is nothing wrong with the description that you have describe here, so just relax and continue with your work.

If you have some problems then I would advise you to send the detailed error report of the log files to the lab for testing just send this log report to the antivirus manufacturers and I am quite sure that they will address you accordingly with the solutions. So that’s a one solution that you can try if you are not satisfied with the answer that we are giving here, may be they will address you with something better there so just give it a try.

Ok thanks for letting me know about it I just want to know if I am sending the entire log report to the manufacturers then will it not pose any security threats to my system since it contains my pc information as well as the other useful information about the same. So I am a bit worried about sending the information to the manufactures, so that’s why I want to ask it with you all is it safe to send information like these? Do reply ok.

Yes it is absolutely safe they are not going to display the information on the internet, they will access the information to solve out your issue only. They will bring out the solutions in the next update so with that effort you will also be helping others as well. So that will be better option to try with the consulting manufacturers about the issue so that's what i said here, hope you have got the necessary suggestion.
