I am using DELL laptop in which I have recently installed the windows 7. I am using Avira premium antivirus in my laptop and I normally scan my whole laptop after every week. When I have scanned my laptop for the first time after installing the windows 7 at that time there was no hidden files detected. But before two days when I scanned my full laptop at that time it was showing 10 to 15 hidden files in my laptop. I don’t know from where those files came. I want to solve this problem please help me with this.

As far as I know this problem comes only when there are Trojans in your system. Trojans can harm your system files in so many ways sometimes it disable your taskbar, sometimes it locks your task manager also and the problem which you are facing is also one of the issue of Trojan only. If you still getting the same problem then I think you should try to scan your computer with different antivirus. I think first you have to uninstall the Avira antivirus from your system and after that completely remove all the temporary files from your system. Now restart the laptop and download some other antivirus in your laptop. After downloading that install it in your laptop. Now after installing those scan your laptop. Now after doing that you will not face any issues.

I know the problem which you are facing in your laptop is very rare and if you still facing this problem and you are not able to remove the viruses from your laptop then I think you should try to remove the virus by scanning your laptop with the help of bootable scanner disk and after that you will be able to remove the viruses from your laptop.
