Unable to upload diagnostic data in AVG

I am having my dell laptop. And I am having good performance with it in both the cases of online as well as offline works. I am mostly using AVG anti-virus software. From long time I am using AVG since last so many days. It has good qualities as software but the cases which are not solved are having procedure of sending or uploading for the diagnostics. But in my case this procedure is not being completed. Suggest a remedy.

Hello to you. I can solve your query. Actually its very minor problem and not to worry about that. Let me explain you in some steps. Please check some of the locations in your system. every antivrus has its own functioning manners. and in case of AVG its very basic kind of antivirus software and also easy to handle. so troubleshooting also becomes easy in its case.
In case you are using windows XP.

Actually It’s really good to see your reply on my post but I have windows 7 on my laptop. So I have no use of your given suggestion. Can you suggest me the solution for the case in Windows 7? I have lot of files on my Windows & system at my home locations as well and I have connected both the laptop and desktop in the networks. I am not taking the risk of sharing information on both the systems with each others as the files to be diagnosed are important as well as very seriously infected.

Hey I am posting the solution for your windows 7 .the procedure in windows 7 is much similar to that of windows XP. Only the locations are different. My system was also facing the same problem when recently I used windows 7 . but due to some reasons I removed and came back to XP. But while facing the problem I researched a lot on the internet. And I found the solutions. it is much difficult to find the problems in Windows 7 as it has a great grpahical interface. so you may get confused about the troubleshoot. but feel free to ask if any problem persist whilemaking changes. Just check this out.
    C:\ProgramData\AVG9\Dumps
    C:\ProgramData\AVG10\Dumps.
