KIS 2009 installation failed to connect Xbox Live

The Kaspersky Internet security is my most preferred security software and I am having it from the previous many years. It has fine defense ability with expected update attribute. Yesterday I installed a fresh or newest version for the KIS into the home system. The installation goes well and it worked fine by means of it. But when I attempt to attach to the Xbox live then I found that it failed to connect that. The Xbox 360 asks me that I must open port: 3074. But I didn’t discover some method to open it. Please someone help me. Does my KIS has anything to do with it?

I think the new KIS installation might have changed all the settings on your computer or router to its default settings. Due to this default port of the Xbox that communicates with its direct service could have been blocked. So you have to unlock the KIS firewall program and permit TCP and UDP ports you want there. If this still is not sufficient, then I believe you should access the router configuration page.
