Regular loss of connection happened with game

Okay so this has been happening a lot since I moved my computer into another room. What happens is that I can go online to watch videos normally is, find sites, but when I go to play a game like Counter Strike I lose the connection? Also occasionally lose connection when I'm just surfing the web, but occurs almost always when I play a game. According to troubleshoot a problem that says you cannot find server or DNS server IP. I'm running my computer off a Linksys wireless usb because the room I am in dose not has a phone line.
