BitDefender is unable to remove Trojans from my Acer laptop

Hi all, I have the BitDefender 10 installed on my computer. Last Thursday I did full system scan as usual? Acer detected a Trojan on my computer and there was nothing more than that. I try to clean that file but I am not able to get success in the same. After that, I tried to delete that file, but neither was able to eliminate that. Now this is showing me the red icon in the system tray that looks very bad. At the present I'm stuck at this point that what I should do now to solve the problem. Can you tell me if there any better way I can leave out of this use? Please reply if you have any idea about it.

I think like this issue is happening because of the virus version in your system get outdated. And because of that only you are not able to fix this issue. And you have to fix this issue. I am sure that the file which is updated by the antivirus it is damaged. And because of the same you are going through this kind of issue. It is sometimes happen because while installing some files get damaged on your computer and because of that you are going through this kind of issue. In my opinion, you have to install it again on the computer and see if that can help in any way. And if you are not able to get any fix after that so you just downgrade it. But before installing it, you should make sure you have uninstalled one installed on your computer. After uninstalling it from your computer, you install again. This will cause all files again and also can solve the problem for you.

You did not mention that the version of BitDefender 10 is used. Therefore, if you are having any other version that Bitdefender 10 then my advice is to install Bitdefender 10 on your computer and see if it can solve the problem for you. I am also having the Bitdefender 10 installed on my computer and did not give me any problem like this and hopefully this will do the same for you. Thank you very much for your replies. It was because I was not updated the antivirus in my computer and that is the reason that it was not getting deleted. Now, I have updated the antivirus and when I tried to clear that once again then it clears that from my computer without any problem. So any one over here is searching for the same issue then do the same and this will also resolve the problem. Anyway, thank you very much once again for such a quick replies

I would say one thing that can help solve the problem for you. What you can do is reduce the strain on your computer. You have to do some wiring. 12V In place of running, you can run the 7V and this will reduce the fan speed. There are also some fan controllers can buy and use. This can solve the problem for you.
