Web surfing got slower after installing kaspersky

I had the Kaspersky antivirus installed in my system. Then I upgraded my operating system to Windows 7 64bits.When I upgraded my operating system I found that my web surfing got slower. So can you tell me the reason for this? Also I tried by unchecking safe surf option because I feel that it is not supported by the windows version which I am using currently. So is fine if I work by unchecking safe surf option?

In windows 7 64bits the safe surf is not fully compatible but in 7 x64 & VISTA x64 we can surf without problems. So it is not necessary to uncheck the safe surf option because you can surf without any major problems. As per the slower surfing goes there isn’t any problem. When we want to surf in "safe" mode there is not a big difference in speed. But I prefer slow surf but that has to be more secure. If you compare it with a non secure link and that has more speed but which is giving very less security to the computer then it is of no use .So it is better to have a slow surf rather than a faster one which will be more secure too. This is my opinion.

I had a look at your problem and I feel that you might have some issues with the process of upgardation of operating system. Because you can work with any browser and in Windows 7 64bits there is not any issue. So you can surf normally and you don’t even have to uncheck the safe surf option. Remember that if you use the "SAFE SURF" and you finish your task to open Kaspersky then go to safe run option for websites and click on the "Clear".

Looking at your problem I simply feel that there should be some kind of problem with you Internet service. I would suggest you to contact your Internet service provider for this issue. I think he will surely be able to help you out with that. According to me you can use any browser and also work in Windows 7 64bits, there is no problem at all. Also there can’t be a problem of the operating system you are using. There is no need to uncheck the safe surf option as without doing it you can surf normally.
