KIS 2010: Message popups while when turn on system

I have been using Window 7 in my system and I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 9.0.0.736. Form last 2 days I have an issue in my system, when I turn on my system there continuously message popups saying that Turn on Kaspersky Internet Security (Important). After that I open the Open Action Center where I saw the Kaspersky Internet Security reports that it is turned off and I clicked into turn on but it does not resolved my problem. My system as well working slowly, it takes too many times to turn on. Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

I have gone throughout this issue there are small steps you have to go behind. First you have to disable both the Window Defender and Window Firewall. Kaspersky Internet Security never asks to disable Windows Defender and Windows Firewall. To disable Windows Defender follow this is the step for that Click on the Start icon on the Desktop. After that make a Click on the Run and under the Run you have to write services.msc and hit on OK. Now you will found the Windows Defender and remember that these both should be disabled. This is way for Firewall. Click on the Start icon on the Desktop. After that make a Click on the Control Panel and select the Open the Windows Action Center. Under the Open the Windows Action Center you will have to select Security. Here you can check your status of the Firewall weather it is on or off. Weather it is on makes that one off. I hope that this will help you.

I could advise you to reinstall the Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 9.0.0.736. So that you can avoid your issue, you may attempt the following first thing Turn off both the Window Defender and Window Firewall. After that make sure you have the activation code of the Kaspersky Internet Security. Next step is to uninstall the Kaspersky Internet Security from the control panel. After that download fresh copy of Kaspersky Internet Security from internet, when your download completes you will get alert from the Windows action center. Now you can install the Kaspersky Internet Security. I hope this will help you in solve the problem.

I would suggest you that you may have different software in your System go through all the software and update them manually. About Firewall and Windows Defender you must disable them because you have the Kaspersky Internet Security. I would also suggest you to clean the all temporary files on your system it could help you lot. To do that click on start button and select the search end there you write *.tmp on the text box. Now you will get the all temp files and you have to delete that all files this will help you in improve the system.

Kaspersky Internet Security is also named as slowing things down. May be it is possible that your system may be corrupted. I had same problem I used to restarting/re-enabling the process of windows Defender, windows firewall and security center which will clash with the Kaspersky Internet Security. After that I ran file named services.msc and next I disable the all three services. When all are done changing the option i.e. automatically restart the all services if they are disabled. This will resolve your problem.
