Currently I am using a TP Link TL-WR941ND wireless router and it promotes 300Mbps wireless transmit rate. The problem is when I connected my PC through Ethernet cable straightforwardly to the modem; I am obtaining speeds of nearly 20 to 30Mbps depending on the instance. I used Speedtest to analyze the rate. After that I disconnected the Ethernet and then browse the internet by the use of wifi from that router and the speed is slash in half or occasionally one-third. Is there any approach I possibly will keep the usual speed? Is there any setting to perform on the router? There are essentially 2 routers among my PC as well as the modem. I checked the internet speed from the foremost router and it hang around simply as quickly as the speed through straight connection towards the modem. The problem is about the second router now.
