So for that I am now not able to connect my machine with network service, what might be cause of this problem. I am not a technical person, also not having such information regarding this problem. So I am here, and hope that someone from here will surely help me to resolve the issue.

According to me the problem is should be occurring for the wireless network driver, I had similar issue. After that I overcome from this problem very easily. Though this a common and the solution for this type of problem is also very common. I suggest you to reinstall the wireless network router driver, for that insert driver installation disk, then proceed to device manager and open network tab, right click on the driver name and choose the advanced recommended option, it will ask you to locate the driver installation program, browse the program and start the installation process. Reboot your machine mad the problem will be solved.

I think there might be any router related file is missing from your machine, though in some of the cases I found that for the windows log file, some of the software or hardware driver file will not respond properly, so min that case, I recommend you to update the operating system file of your laptop. For that click on windows update from start menu, it will collect the up to date windows version file and will direct you to install them into your machine. If by this process, the problem will not solved then I think you should for the second time reload the operating system. If there is any file missing during the installation then this will recover by this process.

I suggest you some of the tricks, which might be help you somehow. First of all make sure that the wireless network wizard is running and installed properly in your machine. Along with this, suggest you to check the wireless driver status from your device manager. Along with this also would like to know from you that the driver, which you are using, is it compatible with the machine specification and also with the operating system of our laptop? If everything is fine, then try once by system restore, click on system restore from start menu under accessories>system tool. If there sir any problem in the installed driver application. Then by the restore process this will be solved.
