    Norton 360 Identity Protection

Possibly somebody can assist me please. When I was utilizing Mozilla Firefox, at any sites I visit, it automatically filled in my username and password for me. Now because of hating Firefox I have uninstalled it and currently have Google Chrome and Internet explorer 8 on my PC. I cannot get 360 to log me in any extended. While going through the various patterns in Identity Protection I receive a message which says: "Norton 360 cannot start your default web browser. Please confirm that you have a web browser setup." I cannot discover any position to either alter my default web browser or to turn it on. I require a few help. Please help me to solve this issue.

I also have the same problem and while I press the learn button, I know longer receive that message regarding no default internet browser. It currently does not automatic fill out the user name and password, and all is switched on. I thought that would surely resolve the trouble but no fortune. If I go back to Internet explorer 8, tools, and so on it does currently say that Internet explorer 8 is the default browser. Any further ideas please??

I just marked this thread today and routinely, am inquisitive regarding few settings on your computer system. Possibly if you attempt this:
    1. From chief page, Settings- Identity Protection- Turn on Identity Safe and click on apply, if it not previously switched on.
    2. One time switched on, Click on the Configure and log in if not previously logged in. one time logged in, further alternatives will be there.
    3. Choose configure for Auto fill Exclusions: this will list the logins which are not auto filled while you come to the login. This area should be blank if you wish all of your logins to auto fill. If not, highlight one, clicks on delete and afterward apply for each you wish to eliminate. I Am not sure this will give any assist with your condition or not, but I think it might be worth an attempt.
