Norton 360 fail to detect viruses like Antimalware Doctor Trojan

It has no ability to spot advance viruses like: Antimalware Doctor Trojan or additional counterfeit antimalware virus. Why? I ran into the state of affairs day before yesterday. I got over stated virus on my PC. My 360 did not notice anything and continue telling me that the whole thing was okay. The bug blocked me to get in touch with support team through program window. While finally, I got hold of support team, upon relating the story to them and was told I had to pay additional 4500 INR to 600 INR for eliminating the virus? Why? I am being faithful to Norton product since last 6 years. Later than 6 years of faithfulness 11200 INR worth money for 3PC, while I truly wanted their assist, I should pay additional why?

Firstly 360 should have blocked the bug. Secondly, If not then they should have assisted their faithful client devoid of any fee. You know free program for example "Antimalware Byte" has the capability to spot or eliminate these advance viruses then why not Norton? I was thoughts Norton is one of the most advanced Antiviruses in the market? Are not these Symantec products modern? Or we just believe this product blindly due to their successful marketing? Later than running into to this condition, I truly think why should I stay with the Norton? I don't have any hard cause to do so and I am very certain many more people ran into these kinds of conditions earlier than me. I truly require respond to these queries.

Unluckily, these protection programs are continually changing and are complex to keep up with them. If you had come here, we most expected would have been able to assist you or express you to free malware removal information which could have most probable have assist. Programs like the free versions of Malware bytes and Super antispyware are frequently suggested by us as excellent on insist scanners to utilize in addition to your Norton products. These products have dissimilar engines and every engine can discover malware that the others fail to spot some times. Unluckily, no one protection program can catch the whole thing each time. Malware just changed too quickly for any one program to get it all. You would discover the similar type of trouble if you had utilized a few additional security programs. Norton products attempt to be as advanced as they can be. That is why we are all the time getting the beat updates and additional features of the program. That is why there are all the time malware updates.

I totally appreciate that no Antivirus is going to spot these viruses 100 percent but thing is that pissed me off was why support staff asked me for additional cash and why they did not advise me to the answers you just stated in your respond those are existing free of cost. I did able to carry my computer in excellent running shape, free of any viruses by means of antimalware byte program. Don’t you think Norton should comprise these excellent features in their Antivirus by updates?

had similar trouble that is why you should back up your files if you have anything essential you require to save and after that just do a system recovery I sure would not pay any them any cash to get rid of it but I do not have anything important on my computer you can do a system recovery by utilizing your recovery director or by starting again your computer and hitting the F12 button for the duration of reboot and following the way and the after that time be careful what you click on I have had the similar trouble 3 times in previous month many Trojan horses out there.
