Support for TSGateway below Mac Remote Desktop Client

I know this has been raised in the past but unluckily there was no ultimate answer. I need information about whether Microsoft intends to comprise support for Terminal Services Gateway within their Mac RDC within their roadmap, and while that is possible to be. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and are on the edge of moving users off of Citrix into TS RemoteApp; clearly this is something we are eager to perform due to Citrix license costs. Up until now the only bind is that we have Mac users and the Citrix Mac customer is the just reason we are staying with Citrix. Can you let me know if it is on the roadmap, or whether there is a business plan not to descend this way? A decision requires to be made for us and it is the not knowing that makes this hard.

With Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services you can make use of the Terminal Services Gateway Server to permit RDP access over 443, getting rid of the need for VPNs or firewall re configurations for outside customers. On windows, you require the RDP client 6.1 to utilize TS Gateway Server. On Macs, it emerges you are unlucky: Microsoft's RDP client for Mac v2 does not maintain Gateway Server. Is there any RDP client existing for Macs which support Gateway Server?

I don't essentially have an ultimate response but I can let know you that I have had cases unlock with Microsoft Support to deal with a variety of implementation troubles where the first MS reaction was to utilize TSGateway and RemoteApp. Which I had to bring up that my non windows customers would be barred from this result. In not any of these cases were we able to discover a Mac or Linux client which would give way in to these features.

There were a few hopes I establish for a probable work around with an unsupported beta Silverlight version of the TSWeb services. Unluckily, I not at all was able to work through testing or execution of this. A choice of other posts and documents point to it should be possible to permit non-windows clients to be able to bond to a farm basically via a TSGateway and even leveraging RemoteApp. But I cannot verify or reject this to be accurate.
