Norton Safety Minder's web browser monitoring component is either disconnect​ed or disabled

I Have newly install the Norton Safety Minder on my Windows xp which having service pack 3 in my computer. I have the different computer for my children and want to use it on their computer so I first tried it on my computer. It was install properly and even if the Norton Safety Software was enable I was able to access the adult websites. I am having the Firefox 3.6.8. I have also check my setting in which I have blocked these site but still able to browse this website.The software gets disable or disconnect during the web browser working and gives the error to restart your web browser or computer.

I was facing the same problem in my computer my browser used to ask for the restart of the web browser. So to love my error I just tried out with the update of my web browser and after that the error message was not appeared on my screen. Now my internet search and IM work fine but I have still facing withe the problem of blocked dite been open some time.However, it might help you to get solve with your problem.

It seems that the web monitoring is not working properly then you can get solve with this problem by following these solution.You have to login to the Norton Online Family account and then go to the web setting to check your child profile and also ensure that the web supervision is on then just select all the category to block it.Then at last go for the update in the setting then after completing all this just login to the child user to test it properly and then just go to the Norton Safety Minder icon and go for the Update House Rules. You will get solve with the problem.

The blocking of the website do not work on your browser then you can get the web browser restarting problem. So just go for the web supervision option in the setting of the Norton Safety Minder and trun the web supervision off and the go for the updating of the Norton Safety Minder on clicking on the House Rules option and then again switch on the web supervision again. As a result you will find your problem will be solved out.
