Recover files is been grayed out in Norton Ghost 15

I am using a desktop and have installed Norton Ghost 15 application. I use Windows 7. The problem is that when I try to perform a recovery of the application I am not able to work well or perform the task as needed. Please guide me so that I can work well for the change and then perform as needed. So hope to get the aspects to be worked by getting a better conclusion.
