Thanks for your quick answer. Yes I ve tried Revo unistaller too.And a registry cleaning programme. It cleared everything except the security centre firewall reference to Avira ... " Avira firewall reports that it is currently turned off..." Why is that ? How can I remove it?

You can try to bypassthe security center by going to control panel: System and Maintenance: Administrative Tools: Services:
verify the following services are running (If not start in this order):
(All of these should be set to automatic startup)
