Dynex wireless-G-USB is not working because of radio signal

I was told that the wireless system does not work, no matter what you buy the adapter. I bought a Dynex wireless, multiple-input and multiple-output has better command, because the wireless DSL extremely unstable.

I just plug a wireless router on my desktop PC so that it transmits the connection to my laptop. I manage to connect to Wireless Networks, but when I saw go on the internet it does not work.
The PC sets it has a connection WAN Miniport.
Regarding the connections, I left the cable network with the PPPoE connection on the back of the desktop PC, and with another cable Networks via another entrance, I connected the PC to the router fixed.
I do not understand how I should do to have internet on my laptop.

I do not understand your current configuration but I think the easiest is to use something like:
Plug the WAN port on your router WiFi on your phone line. Configure the settings in your Internet router.
Then you branch your pc fixed Ethernet port and configures the wireless LAN on your laptop and your router.
Then you put your static IP or automatic.

What type of Internet connection you are using? (ADSL, cable, satellite)

Sorry but it's hard to understand how you have configured. Is what this cable is connected antenna? Normally you must have a telephone wall jack which you plug an ADSL filter. On which branch you filter your modem and a telephone. On the LAN port of your ADSL modem WAN of your router. And then you connect your pc. For interface configuration: If you set your pc IP address automatically and you the branches on a LAN port on the router.
