I have bought a 360 Share Pro and i think i have been scammed as its support web site is not opening. I have paid £23 for buying this software and it was working perfectly for some days on my windows xp computer system but it is not working now. Can anybody help me to know about this software and and whom to contact with for the queries about 360 Share Pro?

I have bought the same software and i think i am scammed too as my 360 Share Pro is not working as well. Please help me to contact with the owners of this software so that i can have debate about my problem. I have visited the support site for this software couple of times but it is not connecting now from when my software have stopped working.

I took me to 4 hours to make this software working for me on my windows vista computer. I have done it by installing some of the bonus software given on the member's site. Then go to the 'Other File Sharing Programs' and click on the 'Click Here to Download Now' which will be downloading the latest version of this software. And it works on my computer. I think you should also try this to make your 360 Share Pro working.

I have done number of steps to make my 360 Share Pro connecting. Actually i was using it without any problem but suddenly it stopped working so i got a mail in which this steps was suggested so that i can use this software again on my computer system. Please follow the given steps.
1. Hold CTRL+ALT key then press DELETE key.
2. Open Windows Task Manager and then kill java.exe process from it.
3. If it is not there then go to the start menu and open control panel.
4. Open “add or remove programs” and select 360Share Pro and press “change or remove” button which will uninstall this program.
5. Open My Computer and go to C:\Program Files and right click on the 360Share Pro and delete it.
6. Go to the C:\Documents and Settings and select for Owner or Administrator folder. And 360 Share Pro is there then remove it too.
7. Now you may begin with the installation of this program again and check that whether it is working or not.
