Kaspersky is installed in the distribution of mail, or configured in the DMZ (quarantine) server, you can not send a notification error. In order to kaspersky Security 6.0 the ability to send messages (notification, reporting, etc.) in accordance with Microsoft's configuration needs to DMZ to open five ports (2 SMTP (Simple transfer protocol), 2 ADAM (Advanced Data Management), and 1 RDP (Radar Data Processing) ). When the https port closed when the message is not sent. Check and reply.

In Kaspersky for exchange Mail Server, Infected e-mail has been replaced by unrecognized characters. This situation generally occurs in the infected e-mail is a language code, but the template file can not be properly replaced in English such as Japanese e-mail templates can not be replaced. When replacing a document with the same language used by the operating system when the problem will not occur. All the best.

You need installed Kaspersky 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. May be the following reasons:
    # MS Exchange server in a different agreement to accept SMTP mail.
    # Anti-virus database or content filtering database is corrupted (Anti-virus / anti-spam can not download).
    # Kaspersky Security 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Servers 2003 service to stop.
    # If the anti-spam protection of the state has lost the background check service is open. (Check whether the mandate expired) to the server anti-spam scanning parameters adjusted to a minimum.

If you can not install the component configuration and getting error code: -2147024809. Check the Problem-solving approach:
    (1) open the path C: \ Program Files \ Kaspersky Lab \ Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange Server
    (2) In this folder to an EXE file into each suffix. Local files (such as watchdog.exe changed watchdog.exe.local)
    (3) Stop Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Exchange to run
    (4) Stop running Microsoft Exchange
    (5) Run Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Exchange Setup program to repair.
