    Help for Creating a Backup MX Server

    Hello, Everyone. I am working in the XYZ company. I am handling the network related issues of the company. I can heard from one of my friend about the MX server. But I can not know anything about the MX server. So, I would like to know about the Backup of the MX server. Hence, I want the Help for Creating a Backup MX Server. Can anyone knows about it and how to do it ??? Reply Me!!!!

    A MX record can be a type of the records of the resources in the DNS which can specifies a server of the mail and it can accept an email messages on behalf of the recipient's of the domain and a value of the reference can be used to give a priority to a mail delivery if there can be the many mail servers present. The set of MX records of a domain name specifies how email should be routed with the SMTP Protocol.

    The MX servers that can be used for backup, can be used to maintain an email for a domain whenever the primary mail server can not be present, That is during the system maintenance or a crash. The Backup MX servers can be basically used to store the messages that can be incoming only, Unlike a primary mail server and rather than host user email accounts.     A Backup MX Server can be a e-mail server that can store the incoming mail messages of the user if the users primary mail server can becomes not present. A mail server can become not present to receive an incoming e-mail messages for a numerous of reasons.     A mail server can be not present to receive an incoming messages of an e-mail of the user for a various reasons. The some of them can be as follows :
    1. Network routing issues can also cause your mail server to become unavailable.
    2. Network connection is down or saturated.
    3. Hardware or software failure.
    4. Very busy and unable to receive new incoming connections, or emails.
