    X97M.Sarsnan Virus Infection

    Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system installed on my computer and while making use of it, recently my computer is got infected by the virus having name as X97M.Sarsnan. I have tried to remove this virus from my computer with the help of the Norton Antivirus but, it is not able to remove the virus file. If you are having any other solution from which I will able to remove the virus infected file then please provide me solution.

    Hello, If you are not able to remove the virus infected file from your computer, then you can simply make use of the safe mode for removing that virus file. Simply start your computer at the safe mode and then you can simply remove the virus infected file from your computer. As at the safe mode your system uses the minimum system files and system resources, if virus is making use of the system files, it won't use that and you will able to get the solution for your problem.
