Need to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAV[Notepad]

I am using an LG desktop installed with windows 7. While i was busy doing my work last night a poprp alert suddenly popped upon my screen that my system is effected by "Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAV[Notepad]" . I need to remove this Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAV[Notepad] since right after this my system became extremely slow.

I think that this error is somewhat relate to the notepad and hence i would advise you to go for the AVG free antivirus since it is one of the best antivirus for gett8ing rid of such threats try to eliminate it soon before it damages your system some what more. I think you have installed some sort of applicationwhile internet browsing since this virus enters a system through the internet. Have you installed a small exe file from some where then try to remove this file. Since this is the main culprit behind the infection. The virus will be removed as soon as you uninstall the application.

You need to install the AVG antivirus free on your system since it is a great antivirus which is effective as well as freely available over the internet and hence i will advise you to download and install it on your machine. Remember to update the virus definition of your system before scanning it.
