Getting problem with 3G wireless over Kindle 2

Hello Guys,

I recently bought kindle 2 which is from amazon.com. It was stated that 3G works over kindle 2, and I also checked the map coverage over it. But my problem is that I am not getting problem while activating 3G wireless. I have tried many techniques but nothing was helpful. If anyone knows solution over this activation of the 3G wireless for Kindle 2, then please let me aware about the same. I am waiting for your reply.

According to me you need to touch with Customer Service. I think it sounds that wireless of you kindle is might having problem. And because of that you are getting problem with 3G services of kindle. I had the similar problem,but it got solved with the help of Customer Service. I hope same thing might happened with your kindle also.

I think you kindle is might be faulty, and because of that you are not able to register the 3G wireless services. So there are two ways to solve this 3G problem. First solution is to get repaired you kindle 2 from the technician. If it is not possible then finally I suggest you to replace your kindle. I hope one of these two solution will definitely work for you.

I have gone through the similar problem of the kindle. I was also getting troubled while activating the 3G wireless services for kindle. At that time my friend suggested me to call the customer care services of the kindle. I did the same thing. They told me the exact process to activate the 3G wireless services. This might work for you also.

As per you suggestions I had taken the help of customer care to know bout the procedure to activate the 3G wireless services. Now I am also able to take the advantages of all the 3G wireless services over my kindle.

I sent an e-mail to Kindle support, but I don't have the order number, since I bought Kindle 2 from a friend, so I am not sure if they will answer me.

But I am haiving troubles to register kindle online, since my kindle doens't get any 3g signal.
