Get rid of ALOT.DLL

My computer was not having any malicious file on it but as i had connected my friend's portable hard drive to my computer, My computer got infected by ALOT.DLL as portable hard drive was infected by the same. Now i do not even have a software which remove this file, How to remove ALOT.DLL from my computer now?

Actually ALOT.DLL belongs to the Adware type malware groups. This type of files are called as BHO which means Browser Helper Object. BHO runs automatically every time when you open your Internet Browser. And it has entered to your system successfully as it can not be caught by firewall also as they would be identified as a browser itself. BHOs are normally used by spyware and adwares.

ALOT.DLL has a capacity to change the behavior of your internet browser. It is a Verisign signed file and it is an invisible too. One thing is for sure that it is not a file of Windows. ALOT.DLL has capacity to record all the inputs that are given to your computer. Therefore this file is very much harmful and you must remove it as soon as possible.

Made as a Toolbar Extension for Internet Explorer.
Enabled as an In Process Object/Server.
Registered and Created as a BHO in Internet Explorer.
Created as a process on disk.
Registered as a DLL File.
Deleted as a process.
Created as a new Background Service on the machine.
