    FakeAlert-Krypt Virus Problem

    Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system on my computer and while using it, I am not able to get the solution for the virus problem having name as FakeAlert-Krypt. It get detected by the antivirus on my computer Norton Internet Security 2010, but it is not possible to delete it. If you are having any solution from which I will able to get to delete the virus from my computer then please help me to achieve it.
