Unable to remove Trojan.Lopad.K virus

I am using the Hp laptop running with the windows Vista operating system since my system is infected with the Trojan.Lopad.K viru sand hence i would like to remove this as early as possible from my system to avoid any more corruption of my data. please help me to remove Trojan.Lopad.K virus. iwould really appreciate the help
