To resolve this problem, perform the following steps.

    1. Disk Utility (Applications / Utilities) open.
    2. Select the startup disk from the device list.
    3. "Repair Disk Permissions" button.
    4. After the repair is complete, quit Disk Utility.
    5. Restart the computer.

Make sure that you can build a connection to MobileMe by logging in to MobileMe me.com/, click on Register. If you can not login to MobileMe, you should check the credentials. If necessary, contact your MobileMe password back, as it here is described. If you can log in to MobileMe, click the iDisk icon to connect to your iDisk.

If you can log in to MobileMe, but no connection to their MobileMe iDisk receive the following steps:

    * Check the MobileMe System Status in your MobileMe account. To ensure that there is no general problems that affect your iDisk.
    * Make a connection to MobileMe iDisk using a different browser. (If you use Safari, for example, try to connect to your MobileMe iDisk with Firefox.)
    * Resolve any problems with the cache memory of your browser.
    * Please contact MobileMe Support. If you are indeed links to other services that can connect to MobileMe iDisk, but still does not.

If you can connect from any computer on your network to connect to your iDisk, try if possible to connect through another network. When you get off to connect from another network, preferred but not from your network, probably something disturbs the connection to your iDisk. If the connection problems persist and you have another computer that you can use to test your network, determine whether the result of attempts to connect to your iDisk that other computer to the same error messages. If another computer can access the same network to your iDisk without problems, there is a likely Software Problem on the affected previous computer .
