How to remove Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.KCPG

I am using the acer aspire laptop installed with the windows 7 operating system. From last few days i have started getting popup alerts that my system is infected with the Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.KCPG . I have tried a lot to remove it using the quick heal total security but it is unable to remove it. please help me to remove Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.KCPG.

I think that your system is badly infected by this threat so if possible i would recommend you to download and install the AVG 9 antivirus. You can download the AVG antivirus from the link AVG Antivirus Professional 9.0 Build 663a1703 simply install it from the link on your system and use it to remove the threat.

The quickheal total security antivirus which you may be using may be a trial version version. I would suggest you not to use any antivvirus trial version program because they may not remove the virus from your system they are only capable of detecting the viruses present in the system. So use a different antivirus program.

To remove this virus i would suggest you to use the Norton security antivirus which is very good at doing this job it can fix some very bad viruses including the Trojans and a lot more you simply need to install it on your system and then scan your system using the Norton security antivirus. The spyware doctor will definitely work in this case because the spyware doctor 2010 is really a very good antivirus program and detects and remove almost all the threats that may be present on your system. If it really do not work with your system then update spyware doctor 2010 and try again.

Try the malwarebytes antimalware utility this is available freely from the internet download it on your system and install it on it. After the installation you will have to download the updates or simply update the program and scan your system using the malwarebytes antimalware utility this should remove the virus.
