Apparently you haven't tried the malwarebytes antimalware yet to remove this spyware. Since the malwarebytes is very much affective in deleting all such kinds of spywares and easily available over the internet. simply download the malwarebytes antimalware utility and install it over your system and scan the system and delete the spyware.

I think that you need to install the AVG 9.0 free edition in order to delete such threats. You have not mentioned in your post which anti spyware or antivirus are you using currently. install the AVG 9.0 antivirus on your system and scan the whole system with the help of it this will surely remove the spyware.

A number of times some viruses or spyware just won't allow you to install a new antivirus or antispyware doctor on your system. So i would recommend you to download and install the malwarebytes in the safe mode. Restart your system and tap the E8 key on bootup and then choose safe mode then install the malwarebytes this should work.

In this case i would advice you to download the Rkill and install it on you system. But prior to this try disable your anti-malware softwares which you have installed on your system so that they do not interfere RKill running because some of the anti-malware softwares detect RKill as malicious program. Right click on the Rkill icon present on the desktop and run it as administrator follow the instructions and you will certainly get rid of the spyware
