Norton Antivirus requires activation at every startup

I have a Activation Norton Antivirus 2008 issue , installed Norton Antivirus and it asks me for a few days each time the system to activate where i have already done.

This problem seems to present the last yaer versions of Norton Antivirus and especially 2008.
