It may be possible that you are got infected by the Trojan and that is why it is trying to download other malicious source code from internet by connecting to different website. So, now you need to do download Updates of your antivirus from other sources and then you can able to scan your computer for removing all those virus infected files from your computer by installing new updates. So, try it. You can also try for that PC-Care uninstallation while scanning your computer.

I think that you must be needed to make use of the different antivirus application to remove the viruses from your computer. You can use one of the below:
    • AOL Active Virus Shield
    • Avast! Home Edition
    • AVG Anti-Virus
    • BitDefender
    • Kaspersky Anti-Virus
    • McAfee VirusScan
    • Symantec Norton AntiVirus

If you are getting problem of continuous restart then it must be needed to make use of the new installation of the Windows xp. As you will not able to update your computers antivirus or also you will not able to perform other security task on your computer. So, you must need to reinstall your xp without formatting the Hard Drive. So, just install Windows xp without format and then install antivirus application and update it. By scanning your whole system you will able to delete all other virus files which are exist in your computer. And you will able to solve your problem.

Hello, I am also facing quiet same problem. Few days ago one of the zip file directly downloaded on my computer. I think it may be any kind of book file as I am searching for the different free books. But, after opening that file one application start running from command prompt for few seconds and my computer restarted. Now, I come to know that it is virus and it had infected many of the files from my computer. Is there any way to remove all the virus except the formatting. It is not possible to use any antivirus as I am not able to enable it.
