    How to delete W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado

I am using Escan antivirus in my system. The problem is that it is only able to detect the infections. It is not able to delete the same. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3 and my browser is Mozilla Firefox. Please tell me how to delete W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado? Is there is any other security component that I can use to get rid of infections from the system?

    W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado is a trojan

W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado is a trojan. Hence, they seem to be genuine programs from outside because of which it is not that easy to delete W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado and such other infections from the system. I guess the only option left in this situation is to format the system and then, install a fresh copy of Windows. If you keep the infection in the system for a longer period of time, then it may even lead to a system crash.

Formatting is not a recommended solution

Formatting is not a recommended solution to delete W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado. I suggest you to use some good antivirus like AVG. Make sure that you update the database of the antivirus and then do a full system scan, including the hard drives as well as the flash drives in your system. After that, remove all the infections that are detected during the scan. This will get rid of the problem.

    Use an anti-spyware

W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado is an infection that steals the important information from your system and pass them to the attacker. The attacker uses this information to gain access into the system. I advice you to use an anti-spyware, since they are capable of staying in the background of the system and checking for the malicious activities that are going on within the system and thus, remove all the applications and programs that are causing them.

    Enable a system restore

When my system gets infected with such dangerous types of infections, I simply enable a system restore because the data in the system is very valuable . To delete W32/QQhelper.C.gen!Eldorado, I suggest you to use the same method. You will have to keep in mind to do the system restore to a time when you are sure that the infections will have not entered into the system. Go into the safe mode before you enable the system restore.

    Scan in safe mode

The infections remain inactive in the safe mode, since they are not able to execute in that mode. You will get this option to go into the safe mode, when you start the system. Simply scan the system, after you are in that mode. I guarantee that you will be able to remove each and every infections including virus, worms and trojans using this method, since it has proved successful to me.
