How to clean Windows Vista manually

I have a Desktop PC with Windows Vista on it. The RAM capacity is 512MB. The problem here is that the software is not working properly. It is giving some slow speed on opening up of applications. How to clean up the unnecessary files in Windows Vista. Like removing the temp files and cleaning registry. I did not have internet connection so how to do that without any software.

Objects that make up part of the tree that you selected. Sailing with this browser requires you to stay in the the left, you click on the + sign in front of the components, and so on until reaching the directory or file folder sought. Click on the + to your hard drive C: then click to WINDOWS and finish by selecting the TEMP folder. Remove all files from it.

The temp folder is used by Windows to store temporary files, applications, executable. It is also, unfortunately, concrete evidence, Windows that do not meet some of his instructions, but perhaps this is intentional. Always it is that you can empty entirely the case. To do so quickly in the right side, select a folder or file, go to the Edit menu, select Select All and then File menu and select Delete, quicker and easier way, select a file by right side, then press keys (keyboard) Ctrl + A (this will select all) then the Del or Delete key, then confirm by pressing Enter. Confirm demand. The plus sign in front of TEMP will disappear.

Cleanup Windows Vista manually could be completed only with Windows Explorer. For practical reasons I moved the folder Temporary Internet Files (TIF) directly on the desktop. You can leave it where it is by default the return quickly poses no problems. On the General tab, you can already remove a lot of unnecessary files, unfortunately, again, done incorrectly.

One thing, at least if you do not need, will reduce the history of page views; delete this history, then reduce to number of days desired. If you set this to 0, you will not have history. In case you want you can help move these Temporary Internet files, press the Settings button. In the next dialog box, you press the button Move folder, then in the next box, click on the location of your choice, and OK. Think also delete personal information.

Open your browser. Go to the Content tab. When you click the mouse on Clear Forms. If you wish, you can also press the Delete Cookies button and Delete files. To finish the job, he'll have to go into the properties of the system disk. So after closing the windows may still be open, open the desktop, click the right button mouse on the C: drive and select Properties. Press the Disk Cleanup button.
