Help to delete this W32.Zotob.E virus

I am using AVG antivirus for my computer system and my system configuration is AMD atholon processor, Asuss mother board, 250 giga byte of hard disk and 2 giga bytes of random access memory. I think my computer system has a good configuration but now my personal computer system is working very slowly. When I scanned my personal computer I got an alert message that W32.Zotob.E is detected. The next step of mine is to delete this virus but when I restarted my personal computer I got the same problem again.
