Downloader-CCY Removal Problem

Hello, I am using Windows xp operating system on my computer. I am also have installed Norton AntiVirus 2010 on my computer and now it is detecting one virus as Downloader-CCY in my computer. It is not possible to completely remove this virus with the use of Norton Antivirus 2010. The main problem is that this virus is downloading different viruses from internet and installing it on my computer. So, if you have any solution then please give me that.

Hello, my computer also got infected by this trojan Downloader-CCY two days ago. It had created many more files in my computer and also change the settings from the registry. Then I install the Avast Home Edition and perform the boot scan for my computer and remove out all of the viruses and trojan from my computer. Then I also scan my registry by the use of Registry scanner and also repair for the corrupt registry values. Now, I am not having any problem regarding this trojan. So, you can also do the same things and solve your problem.
