Re: ProcKill-FD Trojan steal confidential information.

Yes “ProcKill-FD” is a type of Trojan and it was discovered on 12/15/2009. Trojans are not self replicating like viruses. They are spread or targeted to an intended user to harm or steal confidential information from the intended user. Trojans are best explained as manually executing unknown programs. Trojans can be spread through emails hacked web pages, Internet relay chat (IRC), peer to peer network, etc.

Re: How ProcKill-FD Trojan attack your computer?

Trojans like “ProcKill-FD” are not self replicating programs like viruses or worms. If you are a victim of “ProcKill-FD” Trojan then this Trojan will add a registry key to execute again whenever your personal computer restarts. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\fifaliana: "fifaliana.exe" this is the registry key which helps Trojan “ProcKill-FD” to execute again and again. “:\windows\system32\taskkill.exe /f /im integrator.exe /im totalcmd.exe /im msconfig.exe” “ProcKill-FD” Trojan executes the above command every second.

I was also suffering with the same problem of “ProcKill-FD” so I searched the internet for the related information. Re: Preventive measures for ProcKill-FD Trojan

The antivirus and system restore process will definitely remove the Trojans from your personal computer but you must follow the preventive measures for making your personal computer more safe. Enable your firewall setting on your computer and get the latest updates for your computer software, do not forget to update your antivirus software. At last but not the least use strong password so that your confidential information cannot be theft.
