    How to fetch documents from Google Docs to Desktop?

    Hey i am using the Google Docs which facilitate with service for accessing and editing of documents from everywhere, if there is a net connection. Most of the time i need those data on my machine but don't know how to fetch the Google docs document to the desktop or to the another system. So can any body help me with this by sharing the idea of the same. Waiting for the reply. Thanks in advance.

    For that you have to log on to the Gmail account and the jump to the document. Now select the docs and then click on the more action and then to the export and select the format of the the same and download that. It will open in the format which you have chosen on the time of downloading. Thanks

    If you want to download the data which is contain the large amount of the data then i will tell you that you can export up to 20 GB data from the Google doc but it is little time consuming process and for downloading the same you have to first Zip the complete file and then download it. The Google doc allow the user to zip file online and then export it. Thanks in advance

    You can save a document with the help of the Google doc and also can create a presentation for your system. For the document you have to the edit page of the document you'd like to save and then click File then to select one of the Download file as options. Here are the supported file types for documents:
    • HTML
    • RTF
    • Word
    • Open Office
    • PDF
    • Text
