The problem that you are facing that you cannot export the digital signature with the help of private key. The reason can be that the certificate publisher should determine it. It should not be determined by the publisher also it may not be marked as exportable by the publisher. This is the reason that your digital signature is unable to export it . So you need to work out by understanding the issue with the publisher.

The problem can be resolved by first taking the prospects in mind and into consideration. Check out the certificate by viewing it to the local computer then to the certificate and then to the certificate name. Now in this specific location you may see the certificate image with a key on it. If it does this means that you can at least import the digital signature without any issue. For further concern that how to export the same the publisher should determine and allow the feature to be enabled.

You an do it by following the steps as follows:

    2) Now in the detail pane you should click the type o the certificate that you need to export.
    3) Now on the action menu you should point out all the tasks and then hit enter.
    4) Now in the certificate export wizard you will come across export private key. Click yes
    5) Under the export file format do all the process and click next.
    6) To include all certificates select all by checking the boxes given.
    7) Now make the changes and then set the password for encryption by following the process as shown.

This will allow you to export the certificates.
