DNS Server Not Responding

hello...

I have just installed windows 7 ultimate 50 days ago and have recently got internet connection but couldn't make it work. when I diagnose the problem and got :
it seems that the computer is properly configured, but the device or resource (DNS) does not. I have a freebox unbundling, dhcp enabled and wired Ethernet via Cpl netgear (public network).

I hope that this will be enough to help m to find a solution. thank you in advance!!

You can initially flush the DNS cache in Windows. Sometimes a bad DNS entry is cached and will need to either flush the DNS cache to get rid of it, or wait 24 hours to be removed from the cache automatically.To do this you go on the Windows menu-all programs-accessories and you right click Command Prompt and you Run as administrator. In the DOS window that opens , run the this command ipconfig /flushdns .

Have you tried tried a reboot of your system ? if not then first do. Have you checked that the DNS Client service is started, to check: Go into the Control Panel and then Administrative Tools and then Services. You search the line "DNS Client" and you make sure the state is on Start if this is not the case, then right-clicking Start
