i am having problem due to this virus, where my norton detected a trojan Busky and since I have lots of ads that appear ErrorSafe gender, etc. continuous pop up ..!how to stop all also i am not able to update norton.

Trojan.Busky is a bad trojan designed to secretly enter into your computer and open a channel that will infect your machine by various spyware

-- Download HijackThis Merijn on to your desktop.
- Rename the file HijackThis.exe in Scanner.exe why, do a right click on hijackthis.exe file and rename the selected list
- Tape Scanner.exe and pressed Enter.
- Generate a report by following these instructions:
- Double-click on Scanner.exe
- Run it and click Do a system scan and save log file.
- The report begins leBloc-Note

The infection is of the form: "[random name]" = "% System% \ rundll32.exe% System% \ [random name]. Dll [random letters]"

use ccleaner and malewarebyte your main problem is norton is not updating

• Install eScan Antivirus Toolkit folder: C: \ Kaspersky
• Open the folder C: \ Kaspersky and double-click kavupd.exe to update
• Download and install Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware anti-malware
• Start Windows in Safe Mode
• Click Scan to Clean
• To remove all traces of spyware
• installed, scan your computer with:
• Restart the computer
• I also advice you to scan your computer with antivirus software updated,then use an antivirus online:
• Scan by Symantec
• Scan by Panda
• Cleanyourregistry Using the utility regcleaner
