    Lmgrd.exe Error Message

    Hello to all,

    Every time when i start Windows, Windows forced to quit the program lmgrd.exe and sent the error report.it seems that this is the program for managing licenses. i that due to any Bug or incompatibility or due to any virus ?

    What is the problem and how to solve?

    lmgrd.exe is a process associated with the Macrovision application-generic license server.so it is virus free also there may be some problem of compatibility or may be there is some problem regarding license. so better to contact that software support service

    The problem finally seems to have a solution. here are the details,

    The aim>>Set the FLEXnet Licensing Service to Manual and start the service.


    1.Choose Start > Control Panel.
    2.Double-click Administrative Tools.
    3.Double-click Services.
    4.Double-click the FLEXnet Licensing Service to open the Properties dialog box.
    5.Click the Startup Type menu, and then select Manual.
    Click Apply.
    6.In the Services Status section, click Start to start the service.
    Click Apply, and then click OK.
    7.Close all open dialogs. Restart your system and get ready to be surprised.The problem just disappears
