Exclamation Server 2008 Remote Desktop enviroment printing issues

I have a web program built using classic ASP. The site is hosted on a Windows Server 2003. I have a client that is using Windows server 2008 in a farm and has thier users using Remote Desktop setup up like Citrix. I am not much of a networker so sorry about the poor description. The issue they are having is that the users are not able to print (the pages print blank) from my online app when using their Remote Desktop enviroment. Does anyone have any suggestions for things to check/look for?
