How to remove mwsoemon.exe error problem

Recently i had downloaded Avira antirus program from the internet. It's for 30 day trail. After installing Avira antirus program on my system, i had done a complete system scan of my pc. While performing a complete scan on my system, it has displayed a mwsoemon.exe error problem. So, i would like to know that what is mwsoemon.exe? Is it a spyware or trojan utility? How can i remove mwsoemon.exe utility from my system? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Mwsoemon.exe is a program known as MyWebSearch and it includes cursor mania, smiley central, a website portal, etc. It may watch your actions as you are surfing the web and report any information that it captures to the servers at websearch. It will also display annoying popups while you are surfing.

Re: How to remove mwsoemon.exe error problem

Mwsoemon.exe installs with a newer variant of the MyWebSearch spyware program. mwsoemon.exe is considered to be a security risk, not only because spyware removal programs flag WebSearch Email Plugin as spyware, but also because a number of users have complained about its performance.

mwsoemon.exe is considered to be a security risk, not only because Adware Removal programs flag WebSearch Email Plugin as Adware, but also because there can be privacy issues associated with this product. Generally, a browser helper object called mwsbar.dll will install at the same time. The toolbar does add search features but the search results you see will be hijacked to mywebsearch.com. WebSearch Toolbar is an Internet Explorer search toolbar that installs adware and spyware.
