    Alternate/forwarded domains

    Hi,

I have forwarded relevant domains to a single site.Do i have any particular reason I shouldn't do this..?I knew It enhanced my traffic significantly, but I can't tell in what way it has affected my search engine positions. All i know is I do pretty fine with Google.what's the thinking on multiple domains pointing to a single site? In what way, and if 'bad', what should I do in other method.

    any thoughts?

Forwarding can occur on either set of servers, and commonly mean the source URL is rewritten to point to the destination URL. Parking generally means that one domain is pointing to another site, but the URL may not alter. For GoDaddy's nameservers, then you have to set up forwarding there in their domain control panel.if these extra domains are all for your main domain, you just need the parked domains. But there's no SEO advantages of having multiple domains pointed towards a site, as far as my knowledge

If it's a proper redirect there shouldn't be any log in issues at all by being redirected from another domain, and I can't see that the server should cause any troubles there at all either. Are you aware of what may have caused it (the problems on the server)??.,And what sort of domain forwarding/redirect did/do you use

You can make a duplicate issue when more than one domain name fixes to the same content. The best way is to have each domain name use a 301 redirect to your principal domain. That method only one version of the url for each page of content forwards the index.Actually the forwarding is done at the registrar level, so these are not doorway pages which G deems as artificial links. Since there's actually no redundant content.
