Loss Inventel Livebox connection

I am having problems with disconnecting my Livebox Inventel, more precisely, I lost the wired connection (RJ45) and I must unplug the box to find the net was new! The most bizarre and Wifi, the portable console always have internet! Is this a default console or something?

Can someone provide me solution for this ?

On Inventel there is 1 or 2 RJ45 ports? If there are several, it does on everyone?

There are 2 RJ45 ports, but the second is used to connect the terminal Tv. I plug the TV (TV + offers + Tel Net), the strange thing is that the wired connection stops, as yesterday's late afternoon and until 16h to about 21h I had to unplug the box all 10/15mn for the net for 15/20mn. I think there's may be a default on the box at Wired.

My livebox is disconnected very often at night, forcing reset when the box itself does not reset all alone. It starts to gorge myself almost unable to surf in the evening .

The USB connection between the PC and the livebox is not recommended: loss of connection especially during downloads. if connection of PC-Box Live: disconnect and reconnect the cable often solves the problems (no need to reboot the PC), it also happens either the live box itself that plant.
