MS08-067 Update Manager availability

Hello friends

Just know that Microsoft published a critical patch MS08-067.i had a hard time in searching it in patch's availability in Update Manager.could not find.anybody see it in their Update Manager environment or anyone aware of the ETA of its availability

Yeah... it is available right now..i guess may be because of some odd reasons you are not getting that service try to get the software one more time,by installing this security update you can resolve privately reported vulnerability in the Server service. The vulnerability could allow remote code execution if an affected system received a specially crafted RPC request.

When i checked my update manager,it was there in the list from update manager and it was ready to download.i did download it locally to my virtual center i guess the patches for windows 2003 is KB 958644..so can you just try the manual update procedure

I guess you can download the updates. did you try to restart the update manager? if not try to restart the update manager services and run the update again. The KB number i show previously will be the latest patches.for some odd reason it doesn't pick it up until after the restart.
