Arris TM502G does not powerboost on upload

Hello Folks,
I am currently with my the Arris TM502G, I had 8/768 powerboost working for both download & upload. Since the upgrade to 8/2 only got powerboost on the download. but am only getting about 208 -220kb/s speed in peak.Isolating down to the modem & reducing splitters,does not have any effect
I'm eager to know before I try swapping to the RCA.
is it work running a surfboard or something along side the EMTA
looking for a help...

Dude ,
I discovered a linksys BEFCMU10 bottle necking, so how ever to swap I made a call and they they helped me to alternate the MAC to the one on the linksys and i found my phone is running with no more issues...

Yeah it is true and am wondering hearing this fact the v2 had some technical problems with the crawling download speeds.but you mentioned your uploads is running pretty fine but downloads makes to pull your hair. i think it is common problem with a device i heard a lot regarding this issue...

Did you power cycle the modem while adding a device to a modem, and i know that it is because of you using it have better chance to occur and the Modem won't work that way.have you tried to push the reset button on back of modem should work.just try and see any thing happening
