    Generic PUP X keep on dumping

    Hi folks
    My computer is running on windows xp.I have installed McCafee for the security purpose and it keeps pops up with error "Generic PUP X." so i instructed to remove it, but strangely it's keep on coming after a while and every time computer is crashing

    i need help for this...thanks

    I recommend you to install Malwarebytes ' Anti-Malware and perform a
    Full Scan once the program has loaded select Perform
    wait for a while to finish the scanning then it will show Results
    confirm that everything is checked,and instruct to Remove now your computer is safe..

    I have got some options for you buddy
    >Run the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool
    >get ATF Cleaner by Microsoft MVP Atribuneand install it
    > get Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
    >Download, install, update and run: SUPERAntispyware (freeware)

    You know some program's scans are more effective when performs in safe mode,but it depends which application you are with. Here are the programs I have for you
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, a squared free,
    SUPERAntiSpyware free, Spybot Search & Destroy, and SpywareBlaster.
    can you change your anti virus if you don't mind...
